Postage Policy:

We offer free postage on all orders over £20.

Orders below £20 will incur a postage charge of £2.99.

We use Royal Mail 48 service as a standard service for all our orders. Royal Mail 48 (as the name suggest) aim to deliver the items in 48 hours of working days.

We offer expedited shipping methods and can be chosen from one of the options below:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 £5.49
• Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery £9.99

Royal Mail Tracked 24 service aims to deliver parcels within 24 hours and most of the items do get delivered within 24 hours of working days however it is a delivery aim and not a delivery promise. Royal Mail Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day delivery service subject to next day being a working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Please note that we ship all our orders received before 3pm the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched next working day.

Please note there is no collection on Saturday and Sunday and orders received on Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
